Head of Engineering - Luxury Hotel - Home Counties - Highly Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits Package.
I am currently looking for an experienced Head ofEngineering to lead all engineering and building maintenance operations at a high-quality hospitality site in the Home Counties, within easy reach of West & North London, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and the South Midlands.
The role focuses on strategic management of graded / listed building maintenance, new building and refurb projects, PPM and reactive works, statutory compliance, external contractors and a skilled onsite engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have senior hotel engineering experience with historic, listed buildings, ie. universities, museums, hotels etc, ideally G1 or G2* or G2, strong knowledge of M&E systems and UK compliance, proven leadership skills, and the flexibility to support on-call operations. Formal engineering and health & safety qualifications, branded or luxury hospitality engineering experience and CAFM knowledge are advantageous.
