Account Coordinator – Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes (Office-based, 5 days/week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,500 per annum

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a key role providing comprehensive administrative support to our Account Teams, ensuring consistent and proactive support to the FM operation.
What you'll be doing:
* Coordinate client and internal requests to ensure timely completion of work in line with SLAs
* Arrange and manage sub-contractor reactive maintenance and PPM visits
* Maintain CAFM logs and ensure accurate compliance documentation is uploaded
* Review service records and raise follow-on work orders where needed
* Support operational teams and liaise with Scheduling to ensure smooth delivery
* Build and manage quotations via the CAFM system
* Handle Minor Works Requests and raise purchase orders in line with governance
* Schedule deliveries and manage goods receipt documentation
* Validate and receipt invoices to assist with budgetary control
* Capture all costs and ensure accurate entry into the CAFM system
* Mitigate financial risk through effective escalation and documentation
* Provide SLA/PPM and operational reports on a weekly/monthly basis
* Attend client and operational meetings as an Account representative
* Carry out additional administrative tasks as directed
* Comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations
* Contribute to the positive culture of the FM Team
About You
What you'll need:
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Good written and spoken English, with strong numeracy skills
* Previous experience in an administration role within an operational environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
* Knowledge of Maximo or other CAFM systems (training provided if needed)
* Willingness to undertake further technical/business training (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely)
