D365 Senior Finance Business Consultant
Location: Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required.
Salary: Negotiable.
Bonus: Yes.
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays (increasing with service).

Hours: Full‑time (36.5 hours per week).
Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites and is expensed at 45p per mile from the home address (excluding travel within 35 miles of any Columbus office).
Role Summary
As a D365 Senior Finance Consultant you will use your finance expertise to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions that make a real difference for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding client requirements and designing tailored solutions.
* Configuring the D365 Finance system and supporting go‑live activities.
* Analyzing business needs, identifying process improvements, and guiding change management.
* Documenting work clearly, supporting testing, delivering training, and collaborating with the project team.
* Mentoring Associate Consultants and contributing to a positive, supportive team culture.
* Traveling on site as required; flexible hybrid working is available.
Qualifications
* Experience implementing D365 Finance modules within a customer or partner environment.
* Relevant finance and accounting qualifications.
* Knowledge of manufacturing, retail, warehousing, and life sciences industries.
* In‑depth understanding of all elements of delivering an ERP project.
* Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or other proven methods).
* Experience running workshops and delivering training.
* Strong leadership and coaching abilities within a core functional area.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and senior management, becoming a trusted advisor.
* Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
* Curious mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and drive improvement.
* Collaborative approach with internal and external colleagues.
