The Business Intelligence Manager plays a critical role in providing data-driven insights to support the strategic planning and decision-making processes at the University. The BI Manager will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with university departments to collect, analyse, and present data that drive institutional success. This role requires a strategic mindset, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and data modeling. Knowledge of advanced analytics, including machine learning and AI, is a plus.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose solutions.
