Projects Administrator
Job Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire (Hybrid working), Job Type: 12-month Contract, Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Responsibilities
* Delivering high quality, responsive administrative support in a busy project environment.
* Scheduling meetings, managing diaries and coordinating key actions.
* Owning documentation and producing reports & presentations.
* Supporting day to day project delivery and helping remove obstacles.
* Attending client meetings and project reviews.
* Communicating confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
* Administrative or clerical experience in a structured or complex environment.
* Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
* Experience juggling priorities and working with multiple stakeholders.
* A sharp eye for detail and a practical, solutions focused mindset.
* Experience in government or defence environments is advantageous.
Eligibility
Successful candidates must meet UK National Security Vetting requirements.
