Site Supervisor
Are you an experienced Site Supervisor? Do you have experience with externals?
A construction company in Sunderland is seeking to employ a Site Supervisor to manage the externals on a large scale project.
The role is to start immediately and is on going.
Role
1. Monday to Friday
2. £250 per day CIS (PAYE also available)
3. 45 hour week
4. Site based role
5. On going work

Responsibilities
7. Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors and local authorities.
8. Supervise all trades and labour, as well as co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on the site so that all operations.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
11. Supervising a large team.
12. Monitor and manage site budget and expenses.
13. Strong knowledge of construction and working processes.
14. Strong experience working on facades/cladding/externals.
15. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff members.
16. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities.
17. Maintain the site diary and arrange meetings with customers/clients.
18. Toolbox talks.
Requirements
19. SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid Certificate.
20. Strong communication, leadership and management skills.
21. Proficient in using computer software related to site management.
