Position Available : Inside Sales Consultant
Location : Hertfordshire (3 days a week in office)
Experience needed : Experience in outbound sales engagement, lead generation, and developing strong client relationships, ideally within technology, software, or business solutions sectors.

We are a technology company providing software solutions to wholesale, distribution, and merchant businesses. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in generating new opportunities, connecting with prospects, and showcasing how our ERP solutions can transform their operations.
Responsibilities include:
Build relationships through confident phone outreach, digital networking, and email campaigns
Research and identify target businesses and decision-makers
Convert marketing campaigns into qualified appointments
Develop strong knowledge of our software platform to present its value
Gather market insights on trends and competitor activity
Represent the business at trade shows and events
What we need from you:
A proven track record of outbound sales activity, particularly over the phone, LinkedIn, and email
Strong ability to research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and build rapport with decision-makers
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple prospects and conversations simultaneously
A proactive, resilient approach with a focus on turning conversations into tangible opportunities
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use new digital tools and platforms
