We are looking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join our Legal Team in the Edinburgh office.
Miller Homes company secretarial team supports all corporate and company law aspects of the business. We have a fantastic, entry-level opportunity, to join our team as a Legal Administrator working directly for the Assistant Company Secretary.
This role presents the opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience and exposure across many areas of Law. In addition, there is also the opportunity to study for a professional qualification as a paralegal in company law. There is also access to other development through our Learning and Development programmes.
The role would suit someone with the following abilities:
1. minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role or a paralegal
2. ability to understand and analyse legal documents
3. excellent organisational skills
4. able to compile large amounts of information
5. take ownership of your own work
6. strong communication skills to support your interactions with external lawyers and property managers
7. multitasker
