Senior Care Assistant - Dayshift and Nightshift 14.00 per hour Full time and part time contracts available Dayshift and Nightshift available Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract Role Overview As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality, person centred care while leading and guiding the care team during your shift. You will ensure residents' needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion, while promoting independence and wellbeing. You will support with personal care, mobility and daily routines, oversee medication administration and ensure accurate documentation. You will lead by example, coordinate shift activities, support colleagues and maintain effective communication with residents, families and healthcare professionals. You will also contribute to a positive, supportive environment within the home, ensuring high standards of care, safety and teamwork are maintained at all times.
