The Role:

* Ideally been a Finance Business Partner
* Analytical experience on CV
Desirable:
* Financial skills are ideal, but tech can be taught
* Qualification not necessary but a decent understanding is required
* Management/Leadership experience
Finance Business Partner
A member of the Finance Business Partnering team, responsible for supporting the business through financial information.
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensuring data quality and consistency through procedures, processes, and systems.
* Supporting forecast and budget preparation, monitoring, and control, including change management.
* System interrogation and financial performance measurement of actual expenditure.
* Providing input to cost reports, including trend analysis and early warnings.
* Maintaining high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality; being a great team player.
Key Responsibilities:
* Variance analysis and cost monitoring across financial measures and expense categories, with narrative input for impact and recovery statements.
* Building effective stakeholder engagement and maintaining relationships with budget holders and stakeholders.
* Providing reports and information at appropriate meetings.
* Supporting business activities with clear financial data and evidence.
* Contributing to business case financials.
* Proactively identifying opportunities for service quality improvement.
* Encouraging knowledge sharing and team support.
* Supporting development of Cost Breakdown Structures and other change initiatives.
* Assisting with cost studies and benchmarking data.
