Overview
TieTalent King’s Lynn, United Kingdom — Driver/Receptionist at IC24 (Integrated Care 24) based in Kings Lynn with travel to other Norfolk and Waveney locations where necessary.
The role is a dual position: you will be the first point of contact for patients on arrival at a dedicated base, welcoming them and maintaining confidentiality, while also providing transport to GPs on visits around the locality. The receptionist element includes comfort calls to patients, appointment bookings, or handling incoming calls about bereavement. The driver element includes vehicle and medical equipment checks and transporting clinicians to calls, possibly accompanying the clinician into patient homes. A full, clean, manual driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome patients on arrival and maintain confidentiality; manage inbound communications related to appointments and patient support.
* Provide transport for clinicians to calls and accompany clinicians on visits to patient homes as required.
* Conduct vehicle and medical equipment checks; adhere to safety and compliance standards.
* Support empathy-driven patient care and use IT systems effectively for appointment management and patient interactions.
* Maintain high-quality urgent care service in the Norfolk and Waveney locality while upholding professional standards.
Location & Hours
Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk with travel to other locations within Norfolk and Waveney where necessary.
Hours available: Up to 30 hours for evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
