SEMH Teaching Assistant - Primary Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Fawley, Hampshire, supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children in educational or care settings, or with transferable skills such as youth work, coaching, or mentoring. This provision caters to Key Stage 2 pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education or are at risk of exclusion due to SEMH challenges. Many students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and require consistent emotional, behavioural, and academic support to thrive in a structured environment.
