About The Role of HR Advisor
Our client is a highly reputable global organisation with operations across the US and Europe. You ll be joining a small, high-performing HR team where you ll play a key role as a generalist HR Advisor, supporting a broad range of people initiatives. Your focus will span Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll Coordination, alongside maintaining a strong understanding of HRIS (Workday) and SOPs.
* Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
* Managing employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary actions
* Guiding and supporting managers to ensure all actions and documentation align with employment law and company policy
* Acting as the first point of contact for people-related queries, offering timely and practical HR advice
* Leading complex ER cases, chairing meetings, and ensuring accurate records are maintainedSupporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
* Coordinating the outsourced payroll process and ensuring accuracy (100 FTE)
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Contributing to the development and delivery of SOP's
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am 5.30pm
What You Will Bring
You ll be a highly analytical and solutions-focused HR professional, with proven experience supporting managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle.
* CIPD qualification (or working toward CIPD) with a minimum of 3 years HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Demonstrated experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
* Experience coordinating payroll and managing HR systems (ideally Workday).
* A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
