Job Description
Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk responsibilities:
3. Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process.
4. High volume invoice processing.
5. Liaising with Clients to receive purchase orders for those invoices without a PO.
6. Update and manage customer files with the latest information.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
8. Prepare regular reports on receivables for management review.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts receivable activities.
10. Support audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
11. Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts receivable operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
12. Previous experience in accounts receivable role.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
