We have an excellent opportunity available for a National Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role lies within the Kraft Heinz UK Away From Home team.
This role is for someone with a strong commercial drive to deliver external joint business plans that align with Kraft Heinz’s objectives and those of our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to grow relationships and achieve sustainable performance.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing a complex set of customers: Responsible for 50+ existing customers, including national buying groups and our independent bulk Mayonnaise business. Regular visits to key customers, trade shows, and commercial meetings across the UK are expected, so willingness to travel and stay overnight is essential.
2. Executing the Commercial Plan: Delivering solution-focused plans to drive an overall P&L of $20M. Engaging in negotiations, making quick decisions, and working collaboratively are key attributes.
3. Understanding your Business and Leveraging Financial Concepts: Building JVPs based on data analysis and KPIs, always considering the broader impact and team success.
4. Selling with Impact and Insights and Analytics: Using data and insights to craft compelling stories, plan future strategies, and identify new opportunities for Kraft Heinz.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Proven problem-solving ability and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Wholesale selling or buying experience is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
