2. Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks, relating to building fabric
3. Assist other traders (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) with routine tasks, isolations, access, and safe working as required
4. Stock management of site consumables
5. Support subcontractors on site, ensuring safe access, escorting when required, and assisting with locating areas of work
6. Contribute to the wider engineering team by helping with estate-wide tasks, seasonal duties and general upkeep
7. Flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends when on call

What we are looking for

8. Experience of building maintenance, handyperson or a qualified fabric trade such as joinery, roofing, etc.
9. Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment
10. Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management
11. Experience of PDA technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential, as this forms part of the process to complete and sign off each job.
12. Must hold a full UK driver's license
13. Good communication skill and the ability to work within a team
14. Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner
