Our client, PSPS : a forward:thinking public sector company delivering high:quality services across Lincolnshire. As their HR Information and Systems Analyst, youll be the go:to expert for HR systems, reporting, and analytics, helping them drive smarter decisions and better service.
What Youll Do:
* Manage and improve HRIS and helpdesk systems.
* Use Excel and other tools to analyse HR data and generate reports.
* Collaborate with HR, IT teams and Clients to improve system functionality and user experience.
* Assist with system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Provide training and support to HR system users.
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security.
* Support organisational change with smart data solutions.
* Build and manage HR dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics.
What Youll Bring:
* HR system and dashboard experience.
* Experience of working within a HR environment.
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
* Proven ability to create and manage HR dashboards and reporting tools.
* Analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail and problem:solving skills.
* Great communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience or familiarity with Power BI for data visualisation and reporting (advantageous).
