The role:
1. Management of internal Sales functions including the Sales administration team
2. Build strong relationships with internal staff members and customers
3. Maintain and improve processes for identifying and controlling the sales pipeline within the business
4. Ensure customers are being delivered exceptional levels of customer service
5. Create and maintain key KPI’s across the sales functions
6. Be involved in sales handovers to the Sales delivery team as required
7. Create and deliver structured periodic reports based on performance to group Directors
8. Deliver the one to one system to the sales team and encourage coaching and development for the less experienced members of the team
The successful candidate:
9. Experience as a team leader/supervisor a similar sales function
10. Solid customer service and commercial skills
11. Great attention to detail
12. A Strong ability to communicate at all levels
13. Competent at using Microsoft office suite
14. Effective verbal and written communication
15. Ability to prioritise your own and others’ workload
