You’ll be joining a friendly, high-energy Public Sector team based in BS1.
Temping Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: Mid-September
Your new role
1. Manage the reception desk and greet building users in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Ensure all staff and visitors have the correct security passes and escort those who require it.
3. Prevent unauthorised access and act as Fire Marshal during emergency evacuations.
4. Support business operations by assisting with pass requests, room bookings, post handling, and stationery supplies.
5. Promote the Business Support Team and its services across the organisation.
6. Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and contribute to team improvements and a positive working atmosphere.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
8. Strongmunication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
9. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with good decision-making abilities.
10. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
11. Willingness to listen to feedback and take responsibility for personal development.
