Business Centre Support Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Centre Support Officer at Maylands & Kylna Business Centres within the Place & Enterprise Service. You will provide a high-quality service to tenants and visitors, presenting a professional, tidy, and efficient image in appearance and surroundings, while delivering excellent customer service.
You will offer a wide range of administrative support for both Business Centres, assisting the Business Centre Manager and wider team, and collaborating with other internal and external services. The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, being enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible to handle daily challenges.
Building strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and contractors is essential, along with tact, diplomacy, and negotiation skills. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet performance targets.
