Technical Advisor The successful candidate will take personal accountability for providing a responsive and effective service, as well as the following. This will position will suit candidates with technical knowledge of roofing materials/projects installation processes. Ideally, if you are a tradesperson wanting to come off the tools and explore another avenue within the sector this role may be for you! Key responsibilities: * Provide CAD details and written text, to be included in product specifications. * Assist in the creation of technical details * Provide help desk support to customers requiring assistance with company products. * Customers can be both internal and external. * Advise customers of the technical merits and correct application of products * Production and checking of waterproofing specifications * Interpreting architectural drawings to offer advice and best practices in line with current industry guidance * Remain up to date with industry guidance and legislation Requirements: * Technical knowledge of roofing construction services Company Benefits * Generous pension scheme available. * 24 days holiday bank holidays (rising to service days after 1 and 2 years). * Healthcare Cash plan (claim back on dental, optical) £28k - £40k DOE
