Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Depot Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop depot staff, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance
* Drive operational performance by setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and implementing improvements
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety, environmental regulations, and operator licence requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to local clients
* Manage depot finances, including full P&L responsibility, cost control, and sustainable growth
* Contribute strategically to the long-term vision and operational success of the depot
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Depot Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in logistics or service-based industries
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, dynamic environment
* CPC and IOSH qualifications (desirable)
* A collaborative, forward-thinking leader with a passion for continuous improvement
