With experience of working in a leisure facility/environment, you must possess the following minimum qualification Scottish Swimming Teacher Qualification (SSTQ) Level 1 Teachers qualification in swimming or equivalent. Possession of excellent communication and customer care skills, as well as the ability to comply with the flexible hours associated with the programme are also essential.
