About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled catering assistants to join our catering team at Murrayfield Stadium. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering great food and service to thousands of visitors during world-class events. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy working with a team, and take pride in food preparation, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assemble food quickly and efficiently, maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
* Operate cooking and serving equipment safely and correctly.
* Assist with managing stock, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the van throughout events.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, high-volume service.
* Follow all food safety procedures and hygiene standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in fast-paced catering, hospitality, or high-volume food environments.
* Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
* Excellent organization and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Team-oriented with good communication skills.
* Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred.
* Flexible, proactive, and positive attitude.
