We are working with an established and respected independent estate agency in Chelmsford, to find an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Conducting property viewings and negotiating sales offers
* Valuing and listing properties on the market
* Managing and progressing sales from offer to completion
* Developing new business and winning instructions
* Maintaining regular contact with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
* Confident in property valuations and winning instructions
* Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
* A customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
* Good knowledge of Chelmsford and surrounding areas
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
