Role Description
This position involves working as a full‑time Customer Account Manager at our office located in Clowne. The role includes building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction with products and services, and addressing customer needs promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing accurate and timely support, resolving issues, and analysing customer data to optimise services. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills to effectively meet and exceed client expectations.
* Strong Account Management and Communication skills to efficiently handle customer accounts and foster relationships.
* Analytical skills to assess customer data and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is an asset.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and independently in a customer‑focused environment.
* Prior experience in account management or customer service is desirable but not mandatory.
