What you’ll get to do: * ER Case Management: Advise managers, handle investigations, disciplinaries, and appeals, ensuring timely resolution. * Policy & Compliance: Embed HR policies, provide advice on employment law, and maintain accurate records. * Manager Coaching: Upskill managers in HR policy application. * Absence & Flexible Working: Manage caseloads related to short-term absence, probation, and flexible working. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate and analyse people data, including absence rates and ER trends. * HR Toolkits & Resources: Assist in drafting ER toolkits, manager guidance, and policy updates. * Administration: Oversee Sage People administration and generate HR reports. You're Perfect For This Role If You Have: * Demonstrable experience: providing HR advice in a fast-paced environment. * Expert Communication: Both written and verbal. * Technology Confident: Confident working with HR Systems and IT packages.
