Wild Recruitment are working with a leading Aerospace manufacturer and are looking for an experienced fuel fitter/tester
Job Summary
The Fuel Fitter/Tester is responsible for assembling aerospace components using a variety of techniques and conducting tests to ensure products meet specifications and testing requirements. The role requires a cooperative and flexible individual who can work independently with minimal supervision after training.
Shift Pattern
* Core shift during training (Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4.15pm, Friday 7.30am – 11.30am)
* Late shift preferred post-training (Monday – Thursday 2pm – 11.45pm)
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble aerospace components using various fitting techniques
* Ensure work is completed within cost targets
* Seek clarification when instructions are unclear
* Maintain a clean and efficient working area
* Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Prior experience in assembly work
* Ability to read and follow detailed technical drawings
* Strong hand dexterity
* Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Experience
* Experience in fuel testing
* Background in aerospace assembly
