Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure continuous operation of production equipment and machines in order to meet assumed KPIs.
2. Oversee the proper and safe operation of technical equipment through its use in accordance with energy, health and safety, and fire protection regulations
3. Plan and supervise repairs, inspections, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and installations, including maintaining proper documentation
4. Prepare prevention plan and scope in consultation with Production and Planning Departments. Implementing, maintaining high quality maintenance standards in accordance with McBride Operating Model.
6. Scheduling tasks for Maintenance Division employees (Shift Supervisors, electro-mechanics, automation specialists) and external contractors.
7. Participation in local and global projects of the McBride Group.
8. Carry out failure analysis and supervision of preventive actions, implementation of corrective and optimizing solutions.
9. Maintenance and optimization of spare parts warehouse in terms of quantity and value.
10. Budget - preparing cost plan for maintenance, Implementation of the budget in line with the plan.
11. Provide annual minimization, cost optimization plan for projects consistent with the year's savings project plan and coordinate tasks.
12. Execute, oversee system procurement based on group collaboration standards.
13. Securing necessary materials and spare parts for departments by collecting bids, analysing and selecting the best solutions in cooperation with the Technical Department.
14. Ensure documentation compliance in terms of procedures, instructions, departmental SOPs, registration, event records, documentation of machines and equipment.
15. Effective people management, maintenance team.
16. Preparation of development and training plans for subordinate employees, ensuring that the competence matrix is up-to-date, PDR objectives are met and setting subsequent new ones consistent with the strategy and development of the company.
17. Participation in formulating human resources needs of the Maintenance team, recruitment and selection of employees, approving job descriptions and their updates, determining risks for subordinate positions
18. Cooperation with the Technical Department in the field of installation and acceptance of machines and equipment
19. Cooperation with the Technical Department in the field of opinions, realization, implementation of the Investment Products.
20. Regular presentation of the progress of the works, the implementation of KPIs.
21. Ensuring that all work activities are in accordance with legal regulations, internal regulations, policies, standards and company objectives.
