Maintenance Co-ordinator
Support the Assistant Chief Engineer to add value to the smooth running of the department. Specific duties include:
* Stock management, ordering and processing invoices: generating purchase orders for quoted works, callouts, and annual contract renewals, reviewing and processing invoices, and coordinating with the accounting department. Monitoring and updating P&L as necessary.
* Supporting contractor management: communicating regarding breakdowns, preventative and reactive maintenance requirements, escorting them around the site, maintaining service records & filing systems.
* Managing property emails on the Flex system and assigning daily jobs to the maintenance team. Planning PPM works in line with PPM schedule.
* Ensuring compliance with maintenance-related regulations using the Riskproof portal and scheduling necessary works.
* Supporting with team management: organising, attending, and recording maintenance meetings, scheduling and planning training sessions, tracking & scheduling performance reviews, rotas and holiday requests, and recruitment/onboarding.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for the maintenance department.
Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £27,950.58 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £26,848.18 plus a qualified estimate of £1,102.40 gratuities per annum.

In addition to this you will have:
* A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care and property safety.
* Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software. Site specific software will have full training provided.
* Excellent time management skills.
