The Role
As a member of the College Executive Team, you will work on site at the College to lead an effective and efficient Human Resources function, supporting the embedding of a culture, ethos, values and behaviours that contribute to the success of the College. You will further develop, refine and secure support for a comprehensive range of employment and HR policies that support the Strategic Plan and the vision and mission of the College.

What We Are Looking For
* Educated to degree level with CIPD Level 7 or a Masters‑level Human Resources qualification.
* Experience at management level, providing a comprehensive senior‑level HR service across a range of activities.
* A track record of successfully engaging and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, students, employers, trade unions, governors and external agencies.
* Comprehensive understanding of employment law and the ability to apply updated legislation to a variety of HR situations, ensuring best practice.
* High personal resilience, ability to deal with ambiguity and change, solution‑focused problem‑solving and the capacity to provide direction and leadership that inspires confidence and commitment from stakeholders.
