This leading international law firm is seeking a talented Product Liability Associate to join its highly rated team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex disputes and regulatory matters across sectors such as life sciences, automotive, retail & consumer, and advanced manufacturing.
The Role
You’ll be part of a dynamic and technically excellent team, advising on:
* Product liability claims and group actions
* Product safety compliance and regulatory strategy
* Coordinating multi-jurisdictional product recalls
* High-value litigation and risk management
You’ll work closely with major clients, delivering strategic legal advice and helping navigate critical product safety issues. The role also offers scope to contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers, depending on your level of seniority.
About You
We’re looking for a qualified lawyer with:
* 2+ years’ PQE in product liability and product safety/regulatory matters
* Experience managing product recalls and advising on compliance across UK and EU regimes
* Strong litigation experience, ideally including group actions
* Excellent client management and communication skills
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider commercial disputes work
