Your Tasks
* Ensure compliance with all legislative and corporate safety, health, and environmental standards through effective operational practices
* Develop and implement risk-based maintenance strategies to optimise asset availability and commercial performance
* Plan and control discipline‑specific maintenance budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and cost‑effective delivery
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to adopt best practices from across RWE Generation
* Lead, engage, and develop team members to foster a positive culture and build future capability within the O&M function
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across multidisciplinary and cross‑functional teams.
Your Profile
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in asset maintenance within your discipline area
* Senior‑level maintenance expertise with the ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively within team environments
* HNC/Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, ideally with professional body membership
* Able to manage shifting priorities with a detail‑oriented, analytical, and commercially focused mindset
* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working in multi‑disciplinary environments
* Proven ability to manage complex plant issues and provide expert technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams.

* An expected starting salary from £55,199 to £77,928 depending on experience and up to (15)% annual bonus
