Role overview
We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our small, ambitious team and take ownership of the day-to-day delivery across the business. You’ll be the engine that keeps things running smoothly — managing scheduling, equipment, staffing, and quality, while helping us grow and refine what we do.
Responsibilities:
* Organising coaches’ schedules and ensuring that cover is always in place
* Managing equipment stock and taking charge of distribution to schools and coaches
* Recruiting and onboarding great coaches
* Stepping in to coach after-school clubs when needed
* Supporting ongoing staff development
* Assisting with quality assurance and performance tracking
* Supporting the founders with sales and admin
What we're looking for:
* A highly organised & proactive individual
* Someone who’s comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and can prioritise effectively
* Confident communication with staff, schools, and suppliers
You’ll be based in our Angel office (SPACES, Angel), working directly with the two founders and supporting a brilliant team of 50 part-time coaches. If you’re excited by building something big that makes a difference to children’s lives, please apply.
