Regional Support Worker

Rate of Pay: £15 per hour + mileage
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable female Regional Support Worker who is enthusiastic about making a genuine difference in peoples lives while working across a range of services and environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations, including Lancaster, Carlisle, and will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.
The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.
Your Responsibilities
* Delivering person-centred care across a range of services
* Supporting individuals in supported living and community settings
* Assisting with personal care, communication, medication, and daily living
* Supporting community access and social engagement
* Adapting confidently to new environments, routines, and teams
* Maintaining accurate records and safe, consistent standards of care
Experience & Skills of a Regional Support Worker
* Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Demonstrated experience in working with tracheostomies, PEG feeding, and ventilators.
* Strong background supporting individuals with complex clinical needs.
* Proven experience within social care, with the confidence to adapt to a wide range of situations.
* Willingness and confidence to travel between different services.
* Calm, flexible approach with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new routines.
* Reliable and adaptable, with a strong work ethic
* Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
