Receptionist/Administrator positions - Living Well Business Unit, Locala Health and Wellbeing
The Role
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our Reception and Administration functions across various services within the Living Well Division.
The roles involve supporting a range of tasks within different services and managing reception duties. As Locala is growing, this is an excellent opportunity for career development. Flexibility and the ability to travel are required, as you will cover multiple locations within Kirklees.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. You should have excellent organizational skills and ensure operational and administrative processes, as well as quality improvement initiatives, are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
Previous reception/admin experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Good communication skills are necessary to liaise effectively with patients, clinicians, and managers. Strong time management skills are crucial to handle a busy workload.
