We are working with a forward-thinking dental group to recruit a Dental Educational Supervisor to support a new training scheme for overseas-qualified dentists. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping international clinicians integrate into the NHS system, while maintaining flexibility in your own working week. About The Role As a Dental Educational Supervisor, you will: Work 3 days per week (flexible days to suit your schedule) Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 3 overseas-qualified dentists Assess clinical performance and professionalism in line with NHS standards Liaise with the clinical leadership team and practice manager to ensure smooth integration Offer pastoral support and guidance to dentists during their NHS induction Attend relevant training and meetings as required Competitive remuneration package Up to 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) NHS Pension Scheme Funded CPD opportunities A supportive, well-equipped practice environment with a strong clinical team About You Full GDC registration and an active NHS performer number Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in UK general dental practice A genuine interest in education, mentoring, and professional development Prior experience in teaching or supervision is desirable but not essential This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the future of NHS dentistry while enjoying a flexible, rewarding role.
