A highly skilled Buildings & Construction UK Buyer is required for a leading global aerospace organisation renowned for shaping the future of commercial and military aviation. The company drives innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable technologies across its international operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead sourcing activities, including tendering and contract negotiations
* Manage supplier relationships to maximise value and minimise cost and risk
* Support procurement across construction and infrastructure projects
* Work closely with cross-functional and multi-divisional teams throughout the full contract lifecycle
* Ensure alignment with internal and external procurement standards
Qualifications
* Experience in procurement, buying, or sourcing within construction or manufacturing environments
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
* Commercial awareness with a focus on cost optimisation and risk management
