About You
:
You will need to be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with an ability to work effectively in a small team which relies on each other. Being positive and professional will help the team to meet the needs of our graduates and successfully deliver the many projects we are involved in, both internally at the University and externally across the region.
Most importantly your coaching skills and career interventions can help change the future for our recent graduates. You will need to have excellent active listening and communication skills to conduct one-to-one career appointments and deliver group sessions. All of which will support our graduates with their next steps.
You will also need to have strong digital literacy skills to support graduates with researching their options and navigating the labour market.
