Treasury Analyst
London- Hybrid Model
Overview
This role sits within a global treasury function, supporting day-to-day cash management, liquidity oversight, and treasury operations. You will play a key role in ensuring cash is accurately tracked, controlled, and optimised, while also supporting treasury projects, systems, and process improvements.
It’s a hands-on position suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily cash management, including cash positioning, bank account monitoring, and payments
* Perform cash reconciliations, ensuring alignment between bank statements and internal records
* Assist with liquidity forecasting and reporting on cash balances and movements
* Support hedging and investment activities as directed by senior team members
* Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
* Help deliver and embed new treasury processes, systems, and initiatives
* Provide operational cover across core treasury activities when required
* Manage bank account administration, including documentation and signatory updates
* Assist with treasury systems and banking platform testing and implementation
* Work closely with teams such as Finance, AP/AR, and Tax to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
* Document processes to support consistency and knowledge sharing
* Contribute to ad hoc projects across the treasury function
Skills & Experience
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
* Good understanding of cash management and treasury operations
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
* Well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* Experience in treasury, finance, or banking
* Exposure to treasury management systems or banking platforms is beneficial
