Position : Operations Support Analyst Location : Amersham - Hybrid - Opportunity for overseas travel Salary : £50k - £60k Must have valid UK right to work. SystemsAccountants have partnered with an innovative manufacturer who are looking to bolster their Operations team with an additional Support Analyst. A core focus of this role involves proposing developments across the operational processes and controls for their business systems landscape, including the organisation's HR and Financial Reporting solutions. This position is best suited for an individual with exposure to supporting a finance/business systems landscape in the past (ERP, EPM, HR, etc), who is now keen to move into a more holistic role focused on driving continuous improvement across an organisation's Operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement across Operational processes Analyse ticket trends to find opportunities for process or control improvement across Workday HR and Tagetik EPM Process documentation Create and maintain training documentation for business applications processes & controls Query triage & escalation Monitor issue ticket tracker and adhere to ITIL principles to resolve or escalate requests Problem solving Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and wider functions to assess incidents and bridge the gap between these departments and Operations to translate business requirements Required Experience: Must have several years of experience supporting a business systems landscape from a BAU / Operational perspective (i.e. resolving and triaging support tickets) Robust stakeholder management skills and comfortable liaising with individuals from various departments (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, etc) Strong Finance expertise either through an Accounting qualification or qualified by experience Exposure to ITIL best practice principles For further information on this role, reach out to daniel.jones@systemsaccountants.com.
