Service Designer - Remote - Circa £500 per day (outside IR35) - 3 months+
My client is a global IT consultancy. They are looking for an experienced Service Designer with extensive experience working within central government.
Requirements:
* Experience designing end-to-end services within UK Government environments, following GOV.UK and GDS Service Standard principles.
* Skilled in mapping user journeys, service blueprints, and improving user-centred services.
* Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
* Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (policy, delivery, design, and technical) to ensure services meet user needs and organisational goals
