This is an exciting role where you will be involved in the production process of new products with plenty of opportunities to progress within your role!
Pay Rate as a full time Production Operative:
* For the first 12 weeks Days: £12.21 p/h | Overtime: £18.32p/h
* For the first 12 weeks Nights: £13.57 p/h | Overtime: £20.36 p/h
* After 12 weeks Days: £13.10 p/h | Overtime: £19.65 p/h
* After 12 weeks Nights: £14.22 p/h | Overtime: £21.33p/h
* Overtime is Paid over 40 hours
We have a range of shifts available as a Production Operative:
* Day shift: 06:00am - 18:00pm | 06:00pm - 14:00pm | 14:00pm - 22:00p
* Night shift: 18:00pm - 06:00am | 22:00pm - 06:00am
The Production Operative Role:
* You will work on continuous production lines in Process, Picking & Packing, or Wrapping.
* You will be responsible for carrying out basic quality checks & maintaining high production standard
* You will develop and represent the understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems, and Health & Safety in the workplace
* A flexible approach to work and the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment is essential Manual handling or lifting may be required for up to 15kg and as part of the team
