This role requires someone who can manage early careers talent acquisition from the initial campaign to offer stage. Role & Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end early careers recruitment, from campaign launch to offer stage Provide a consistent and engaging candidate experience throughout the process. Uphold Diversity & Inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process Identify trends to improve performance and enhance processes. Handle a large amount of vacancies Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights. Advertise roles, manage applications, conduct screening, and deliver shortlists to managers Drive efficient interview processes and ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
