We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Little Wing Management team.
About the Job!
This role is to assist the General Manager in controlling the outlet according to company guidelines and assist in maximizing the revenue of food and beverage by consistently providing high quality, professional and well-organized service.
You will be responsible for assisting the GM in implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, implementing local marketing initiatives, creating close ties with local community and charity groups, and working with your team to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

We believe in work-life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week (over five shifts including weekends). As a reward, you can expect a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000, paid fortnightly.

Essential Criteria
* 1 years’ experience in a similar position of Assistant Manager or Supervisor level in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Ambitious Managers who want to progress.

* Strong customer focus.
Desirable Criteria
* 2 to 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Management position.
* NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
