Client Relations Administrator at Nucleus Financial

We’re looking for excellent, customer-obsessed and organised individuals to join our Client Solutions department. Providing exceptional customer service is a key element of our proposition and the client relations department plays a leading role in making this happen. The Client Relations Administrator role involves administration and management of designated firms, and shared responsibilities with CRS colleagues across the department. On a daily basis, you will manage mailboxes and answer queries from customers and advisers via phone, email and live chat. Fundamental to this role is customer service, balancing customers’ needs and expectations with a dynamic and varied workload. You’ll work in an energetic, collaborative team that supports each other and has opportunities for progression and development. Each day will be different, and the role will evolve with time and effort.


Responsibilities

* Be proactive and use your initiative to deliver exceptional service
* Identify and drive forward business improvements
* Plan and manage your workload to deliver the required service standards, and ensure your team works effectively together
* Maintain company values and branding through all communications and interactions
* Collaborate with and influence colleagues and partners to achieve the best outcome for customers
* Take accountability; if issues arise, ensure they are seen through to the end
* Take ownership of your development, embracing opportunities to learn and grow

Your friends would describe you as “the reliable one.” You will be very organised, able to manage your own time effectively, and you will be an expert multi-tasker. You work well as part of a team and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. You want to be part of a collaborative culture where you feel empowered but know you’ll never be left alone. Previous pension platform knowledge and experience would be highly desirable.
