Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organized Domiciliary Registered Manager to lead and manage our home care service. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC regulations and company policies. This role includes overseeing care staff, maintaining compliance, managing care plans, and ensuring clients receive safe and effective support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the domiciliary care service

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal standards (including CQC)
*
Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
*
Conduct risk assessments and develop individual care plans
*
Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
*
Drive continuous improvement in care quality and staff performance
Requirements:

Registered Manager status or willingness to register with CQC
*
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*
Proven experience in a domiciliary or similar care setting
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
*
Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
