We’re working with our client to recruit two Job Coaches to support participants across the Jobs Guarantee Programme — one covering East Wales and one covering West Wales. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys motivating others, building relationships, and making a genuine impact within local communities. The Role As a Job Coach, you’ll provide personalised, end-to-end support to individuals participating in the Jobs Guarantee Programme - helping them move from referral through to sustained employment. You’ll support participants to overcome barriers, improve employability skills, secure suitable opportunities, and successfully maintain employment outcomes.
