About Us: Iron Mountain's Warehousing and Logistics, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business unit provides comprehensive storage, distribution, and supply chain management solutions. Specialising in secure pallet storage, inventory management, and transportation, Iron Mountain offers scalable 3PL services that help businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. The Role This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and 6:00 am to 6:00 PM As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include loading and unloading, moving stock around the warehouse, and occasional general warehouse work. You will be responsible for adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities : - Assist with warehouse duties such as moving stock, loading, and unloading vehicles. - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Skills and Qualifications : - Previous warehouse experience (1 year required, 6 months preferred). - Good communication skills. - Good timekeeping, reliability, and attention to detail. - Ability to work with others and cope under pressure. - Committed, hardworking, and able to multitask at busy periods. - FLT licence (PPT) desired but not essential. - Lifting ability. - Numeracy and literacy skills. About You: - Valid counterbalance licence and proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts is desired but not essential. - Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management systems. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. - Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. - A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
