The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll sit at the crossroads of sales and marketing, taking client campaigns directly to customers, building brand awareness, and converting that interest into results. This is a hands-on role where every day is different. Full coaching and development is provided, so no previous experience in sales or marketing is required.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering direct marketing campaigns on behalf of recognised brands
* Engaging face-to-face with customers to promote products and services
* Generating new business through personal customer interactions
* Taking ownership of your individual performance and targets
* Developing a strong understanding of sales strategy, customer psychology, and brand positioning through ongoing coaching

* A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or business

* No experience necessary full coaching provided
